Great location on raised platform with easy access to train station. Very clean with modern facilities for a comfortable and spacious stay. Good breakfast with friendly and helpful staff. In a safe and convenient neighborhood to walk around.

The hotel was near to tomioka hachimangu shrine. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like uosan sakaba tomioka that was only 10 minutes' walk away. We loved it. Koto Ward neighborhood was worth exploring: D

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is ideal, with easy access to two metro lines, making it convenient to explore the city. The hotel is situated in a charming neighborhood with old temples and shrines nearby, giving it a unique and peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist and greet me with a warm smile. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with basic amenities such as a microwave oven, IH cooker, and washing machine, making it suitable for a longer stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the provision of free toothbrush sets and shaving accessories in the lobby.

Great location, just a quick walk away from the subway station and plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and had a kitchenette and washing machine, which would be very useful for longer stays. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing drink service in the lobby any time.

No room cleaning for short stays, which was a bit inconvenient as towels were replaced but the bed was not made and sheets were not changed unless staying longer than a week. , some staff members had limited English abilities, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

Our romantic escape couldn't have been any more perfect! The hotel provided us with clean towels and amenities every day, and the room was lovely and spacious. The location was optimal as it was just a stone's throw from the nearest train station, making it a breeze to explore the city. The small kitchenette in the room was a pleasant surprise and made it possible for us to cook some meals together, adding to the romantic atmosphere.

The bed wasn't made daily nor were the bed sheets changed during our short stay. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and we understand it is a policy for short stays.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station and Tsukiji Fish Market in the local neighborhood. The room is spacious with a nice view. The bathroom is clean and well-equipped. Breakfast is included and offers various options. The hotel provides a washing machine in the room, which is very convenient for those taking off early.
